Tom Blackledge is a former mma fighter and now full time coach.
He was a former UFC fighter and also spent time as an assistant coach on the tenth series of the ultimate fighter alongside Rampage Jackson.
Tom is thought of by many in the mma community as an original and pioneer due to his early involvement in the sport and storied career in mma grappling and Brazilian jiu jitsu. His knowledge and from his career of fighting in to that of one of the most prestigious coaches in the sport.
With a view to not only developing strong fundamental techniques for combat, Tom is known for developing mindsets not only In his fighters and the juniors he coaches, but many businessmen and regular people too with many of his talks and development courses across the UK including being asked to speak to the fantastic England rugby team.
We discuss his new book 'Fearless by design' where we talk about Stoicism, self talk, the power of language and the law of attraction and much more.
